Tim founded The Home Buyers, Inc. in 1991. His dedication to his business, the home buyer and the concept of exclusive buyer agency grows from personal experience. He knows what it's like to buy a home without the benefit of exclusive representation; that the only way you can rely on full, one-hundred-percent loyalty of your Realtor® is to engage an exclusive buyer agent.
Although he has helped hundreds of clients, generating millions of dollars in sales annually, Tim has never taken a listing. "I am very proud," he says, "to be one of only a handful of Realtors® in Minnesota to call themselves an exclusive buyer agent."
The scarcity of exclusive buyer agents creates a demand for Tim and The Home Buyer's, Inc. that has him serving clients from as far away from Minneapolis and Saint Paul as Elk River and Stillwater. That experience and intimate knowledge of the entire Twin Cities metropolitan area also benefits the Tim's many real estate investors.
Of particular interest to deaf home buyers, Tim is fluent in American Sign Language.
Tim's accomplishments in real estate earned him recognition by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine as one of 2003's Top 100 Realtors in Minnesota. He is a member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), a Minneapolis Board of Realtors® committee volunteer and - as important to him as his professional associations - a volunteer in the Big Brother program. Tim holds a B.A in criminology from the University of Minnesota.
