How do you know the builder is trustworthy and has an established track record of providing good service? You don't, and there are many builders that have poor track records, and are "here today, gone tomorrow" operations. Our process includes a thorough evaluation of a builders record of complaints (if any) and a sample of their past customer's opinions.

We will handle all the communication with Realtors and/or builders the property seller so you don't have to. This is to your advantage for negotiating to build, because you won't reveal any compromising information to the builder that could weaken your negotiating position.
